I am a local licensed real estate broker who has owned and operated an independent real estate brokerage for 30 years (since 1995) in Redwood City. From 1986 until 1998, I worked in various roles for Franklin Properties (a subsidiary of the Franklin-Templeton Group of Funds) including property acquisition and disposition analysis, financial analyst, property management and marketing, and research director. I worked with commercial office, retail, apartments, industrial and R&D properties while at Franklin.

I have listed, marketed and sold approximately 50 probate/conservatorship/guardianship properties over the past 30 years with the majority being for San Mateo County Aging and Adult Services in an honest and professional manner. I have had a contract with SMCPG/SMCPA for over 25 years.
